Shipping policy

Freedom Flag and Pole ships nationwide and seeks to fulfill most orders same-business-day or next-business-day from the time the order was received. We reserve the right to ship from various manufacturers in different locations across the United States, including but not limited to drop shipments and split shipments. Delays in shipments may occur for any reason and we commit to communicating such delays to you, the customer, in a timely manner as we learn of the delays. For freight flagpole orders, the customer should expect added fulfillment time for the required processing and packaging time, as well as added time in transit for Less-Than-Load freight deliveries.
