Customers may return flag items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Flagpole products may present added challenges for return shipping, and potential damages that could occur during return shipping. If you wish to return a flagpole product, we reserve the right to take this on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.
